Finally, in presence! 1st MOI IV Symposium at Kardinal Schulte Haus: A success!
From 24th-26th May 2022 all MOI IV members have met in Bergisch Gladbach for the first time in presence to present and discuss their scientific projects.
Start of the symposium has been the presentation of our invited speaker, Dr. Karin Wisskirchen (SCG Cell Therapy GmbH, Planegg, Germany / SCG Cell Therapy Pte. Ltd., Singapore), who talked in the frame of the Manchot Lecture in Infection Biology about "Adoptive T cell therapy against HBV-induced HCC: A translational journey from cell culture experiments to the patients".
Subsequently the MOI IV fellows presented their projects in a 15 min talk, ending in vivid discussions. The closing dinner has strengthened the MOI cohort and the personal exchange.
